Straw Boss – orange/yellow

This pattern imitates the action of a wounded minnow and a reasonable sink rate, and succeeded on both counts with this baitfish imitation. The Straw Boss it at its best when fished slowly, and strikes often occur when the fly is dropping in a lazy, back-and-forth tilting motion caused by the winged design. When stripped heartily, it displaces an impressive amount of water.
